I had an amazingggggg experience yesterday purchasing my new vehicle!! For starters I’ll like to make known I haven’t been in the community of car notes in almost 10 years but due to an addition to the family it was time. To be completely honest I was very nervous of outcome for my needs but Damon & Mike the manager made me feel comfortable immediately. My daughter just purchased her first vehicle. This was probably the Best experience I had car shopping ever. Our car salesman Abraham was the absolute best. He cared a whole lot and made sure that the car that my daughter was getting was a good car. My daughter drives back and forth from college three hours away so it was very important that we find the right car that’s safe and good on mileage.

Dealer ship lied to me, from the very beginning. Customer Service was horrible. Won't recommend.

Today July 9th 2026 was the 4th Kia I purchased from Spitzer Kia. All four times I was lucky enough to have George Woods as my salesman. I truly can’t say enough good about George. The first thing people should know is he is very honest and kind. Now I know that’s his job but George goes that extra mile. It was very important to me to have a person like that behind the sale. Bought a new car in March. Part of the agreement was a second key fob. It is now July 9th and this has not been fulfilled. I have tried multiple times to move this along and I have gotten largely ignored. Service has little to no integrity and makes me wonder about the service side.
