The finance dept only had 2 jobs: 1. pay off my trade 2. send the new car title to my credit union. I traded in my old car for a Soul at Spitzer Kia June 4. By mid July they still had not paid off my trade. I was hit for a payment for a car I’d sold over a month before. Spitzer’s solution? Simple; stop your autopay. (??)
