Just purchased my 3rd family vehicle from this dealership, every time Stephen has sealed the deal for me i always feel he is honest and fair. My salesman was Damon he was so patient. I went in basically wanting to test drive every model, he kept things light and fun and i never felt rushed or pressured. Great dealership i have never encountered anyone there that i didn’t like. Everyone made me feel quite comfortable and there was no typical feeling of being pressured to buy. My salesman was Daniel and he was very good. I was put at ease and after I told him my limits he worked very hard to meet my needs. I would strongly recommend him if you want a good salesperson. Mate in finance was also very thorough and knowledgeable. They made it an awesome experience for me. Definitely recommend them.

I came into spitzer kia and luis was a nice man but he ultimately lied to me or he didn't understand what was happening. I traded in a previous lease before it expired and I started a new lease all in one transaction. I was told that I was actually getting money back from trading in my lease by the finance manager and luis told me going over the miles slightly makes NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL because im trading the car in. Abraham went above and be gone. But I expected very nice. Very polite. Was on top of his game. And he was a nice outgoing salesman. Not overly pushy. He would explained everything to me and then I finally then made the decision to get the new 2027 seltos.

They were nice, helpful and attentive but really not very budget minded. My son was looking for a family friendly, cost efficient vehicle and ended up getting a "deal" on a new car that's not in his budget at all. Personally, I wish they printed out at least the registration and memo title! Also, we got a car that wasn't perfect and for the price, I should have said no. It took 2 weeks for someone to call and schedule a repair.

8/28. This is an updated review as of yesterday we were really not happy with our purchase or experience and expressed that in previous feedback after 8/9 purchase. Today I’m updating the rating to a 5. We went back yesterday and found the perfect SUV Sportage that fit our needs. After negotiations Erica the SM did a fantastic job to find the right SUV and price we both could agree on and both happy. Thank you KIA Spitzer Cleveland team for making this exchange purchase one of pleasure instead of regret.

Car was dirty , had a couple tiny nicks in the front bumper door jams under the hood in trunk , dirty black magic marker marks on the car in a few places. My daughter just purchased her first vehicle. This was probably the Best experience I had car shopping ever. Our car salesman Abraham was the absolute best. He cared a whole lot and made sure that the car that my daughter was getting was a good car. My daughter drives back and forth from college three hours away so it was very important that we find the right car that’s safe and good on mileage.
