I had originally come in to get my 2023 Kia forte which I had been leasing serviced, and someone was looking to buy my model. I had also been wanting to speak to someone about extending the mileage on my current lease, as someone told me I was able to do that when getting me my lease the first time. I ended up buying a brand new K4 over the next 84 months, and am loving it so far.
Walid provided great service! My wife and I were in the market for a minivan and ended up purchasing a Kia Carnival. We checked out the other minivan options on the market and Walid discussed the differences between the models with us and answered all of our questions and alleviated any concerns we had. I recently had both of my vehicles serviced at this location. They told me how long it would take to get the service completed and they were done early in both cases. I was told about what needed to be completed or addressed, but was not pressured into doing it today or anytime soon.
