The first thing people should know is he is very honest and kind. Now I know that’s his job but George goes that extra mile. It was very important to me to have a person like that behind the sale. Freddy does not go above and beyond Making me return a
Freddy does not go above and beyond Making me return a car after 5 months and 10 k miles because the bank is basically stating the car was over priced so he wants me to put an additional 5000 down on top of my 2500 already. George and Erica are top notch people and have really tired their hardest to make it happen but Freddy just wont budge (GREED). Its a shame that after many years and many family that has bought from here I am being done this way. But their lost everyone has heard about this situation and refuse to ever step foot in that dealership again.

This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an
This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars. I’m not sure who the service manager is but this is not a way to make a good impression I’m going to buy Another car in the next month and I’m contemplating a different dealership.

He listened to what we wanted, what we wanted to pay and what car we expected to purchase at the price that I would pay, tax title etc out the door. He got what we wanted by trading with another dealer to get the car we wanted and before we knew it we were thru signing the final papers. The first thing people should know is he is very honest and kind. Now I know that’s his job but George goes that extra mile. It was very important to me to have a person like that behind the sale. I highly recommend this dealership but while you are there ask for George, you will be glad you did.

They Seen there was an issue and corrected, but never suggested that the now bad tire should be either rotated on replaced. Kia responsible for negligence. Tried leaving message, received no call back.
