Freddy does not go above and beyond Making me return a
Freddy does not go above and beyond Making me return a car after 5 months and 10 k miles because the bank is basically stating the car was over priced so he wants me to put an additional 5000 down on top of my 2500 already. George and Erica are top notch people and have really tired their hardest to make it happen but Freddy just wont budge (GREED). Its a shame that after many years and many family that has bought from here I am being done this way. But their lost everyone has heard about this situation and refuse to ever step foot in that dealership again.

Her only drawback is very slow at returning phone calls. Service Dept seemed very knowledgeable in diagnosing your concerns and relaying them to the technician. This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an
This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars. I’m not sure who the service manager is but this is not a way to make a good impression I’m going to buy Another car in the next month and I’m contemplating a different dealership.

I had a wonderful experience at Spitzer Kia! I came in to the dealership reluctantly, nervous about dealing with car salesman and the entire process, as well as being in a mood due to outside circumstances but I left relieved and smiling! Staff were all amazing, especially Luis and Larry. Both are very honest salesman, really listening to a car buyers needs and wants, and ensuring that I was satisfied with the vehicle, pricing, and features. Larry took the time to sit with me and go over financing options vs leasing, explaining everything in detail and with both Luis and Larry it felt like a knowledgeable friend rather than a car salesman trying to just make the sale. Spitzer Kia is truly a family dealership, with staff in passing helping keep my three year old happy with snacks, high fives, and coloring pages as needed. I really appreciate everyone making an unplanned, unforeseen car buying experience a positive one!

Well, to be honest, I came unprepared. Came to try a minivan. Didn't realize it was the end of the month. Anyway, I ended up trading in my pick up truck. What I liked the most was that Hazim (Izzy) was very nice the next day too. I haven't noticed that the car I bought had a right mirror damage, he was very nice about it and promised it would be taken care off (the manager was notified). He was trustworthy, polite, professional. I can recommend the dealership and Hazim to work with. Michael M, the finance guy, was very nice too.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us to come back there 2 times but when we went to the Kia Deallership on the west side on brookpark they found out the problem and was tremendously on point

I brought my car in for service, was told nothing was wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and corrected, but never suggested that the now bad tire should be either rotated on replaced. Kia responsible for negligence. Tried leaving message, received no call back.
