With plenty of competition, the Kia Seltos separates itself based on affordability, features, and style. Part of the affordability comes from its outstanding fuel economy. The EPA-estimated fuel economy is 27/31 MPG with the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder and 25/30 MPG with the 1.6-liter turbo 4-cylinder turbo.

The Seltos offers roomy front and rear seats with plenty of space in the cargo area. It also comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen display, smartphone integration, and 17-inch alloy wheels.

The 2021 Kia Seltos follows the Kia tradition of including a notable amount of technology features. The Seltos models come standard with an 8-inch color display with a rear camera and voice recognition. A 10-inch touchscreen with navigation is available on the SX Turbo trim. Siri Eyes Free is standard on all Seltos. All Seltos models come with USB ports and 12-volt power outlets to keep your devices running on full power.

Well-Equipped Trim Levels

The 2021 Kia Seltos comes in five attractive trim levels. The first trim levels, the EX and S, offer similar features on the inside but different styling on the outside. The EX trim has black trim around the windows and front grille; it also has projector headlights and bulb tail lights. The S trim has LED headlights and tail lights with chrome trim around the windows and front grille. The S trim offers the most standard safety features.

The mid-level trim is the EX, which comes with upgraded machine-tooled alloy wheels, additional USB charging ports, and a wireless charging port for the front seats. The interior has upgraded ventilation upgrades on the EX as well as the upgraded trim on the upholstery.

Kia also offers two turbo trim levels, the S Turbo and SX Turbo. The S Turbo has similar features as the S model, but with the upgraded turbocharged engine that offers 175 horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. of torque. Both turbo models come with a dual-clutch 7-speed quick-shift automatic transmission. The Seltos SX Turbo comes with the most standard equipment.

In the market of small SUVs, the 2021 Kia Seltos has an exceptional amount of safety features. Most of the trims come standard with a Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist Camera, Driver Attention Warning, High Beam Assist, Lane Keep Assist, and Lane Following Assist. The EX and Turbo models come with Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance and Rear Cross-Traffic Avoidance.

The Turbo models have more safety features, like Smart Cruise Control and Highway Drive Assist.
