What’s new with the 2019 Soul?

When the 2019 Kia Soul is delivered to the Spitzer Kia showroom, some of its most popular features are being redistributed across more of its available trim grades. The entry-level version equipped with the six-speed manual transmission has a suggested starting price that comes in under $16,500 with top-of-the-line models falling in line with a price tag reading less than $23,000. These estimates don’t include the destination charge or any applicable financing fees or taxes.

Performance Specs

Kia will be keeping the existing powertrain options for the 2019 Soul that have been available for the last few model years. Base models use a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine can be attached to either a six-speed automatic or manual transmission. The next trim grade up the ladder uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic transmission. The top-of-the-line packages also use the 1.6-liter engine, but it is attached to a seven-speed automatic.
